Returns and/ or exchanges

Original art: All sales are final, cancelations and refunds are not available.

Art prints: in the cases of a damaged print you may be able to exchange it as long as you provide photos of the damage prior to the exchange. A 5% restocking fee will be charged for the exchange based on the price of the print you purchased. Cancelations are not accepted.

Domestic shipping: Please allow 5 to 10 business days to ship an order. Buyer must provide a complete residential address including apt, zip codes,etc, P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Buyers who exchange will be responsible for re-shipping costs plus 50% re-printing costs.

International shipping: All international buyers are responsible to pay for customs, taxes or any fee associated with shipping additional to the cost of the order, residential address only are accepted.

All artwork belongs to “Giosbrush”(myself), I retain the rights of any original or reproduction of any kind of my art, it/they (the art) must not be resold or reproduced in a any form of product without authorization from me in written form, this included images or any kind of digital or physical product. Buyer/collector only has the right to display the artwork. Any interest to purchase rights please contact me directly. Copyright infringement will be prosecuted.
